This policy sets out how jetrixtrade ("we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use and platform. We serve as controller for this information.
Data we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus verification files mandated by law. We also keep: transaction and trade logs, device logs and support messages. EU/UK legal grounds: contract performance, legal duty, legitimate interest.
How we use data. Operating your account, settling trades, meeting compliance, fighting fraud, and securing systems, and opt-in product updates with an instant opt-out.
Sharing. Data goes only to operating vendors (custody, payment, verification), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymised analytics. Personal data is never sold.
Storage & safety. Retention lasts through the account life plus statutory periods (typically five-seven years for trades). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
Rights. Access, correction, export, deletion and objection requests can be made via [email protected]. We answer within statutory deadlines.
