This agreement ( said Terms ) regulate your access to the jetrixtrade website, apps and services the "Services") provided by jetrixtrade. Account creation means accepting these Terms completely.
1. Eligibility. Applicants must be of legal age and legally able to form binding contracts. Where the platform are unlicensed or closed, residents are not eligible. Account data accuracy and login secrecy are your duty.
2. The Services. jetrixtrade runs an electronic marketplace for the assets described on this site. We do not give personal advice; each decision are yours. Market data displayed is for information and can lag or err at times.
3. Risk notice. Trading involves substantial loss risk and is for those able to absorb it. Margin products may take drawdowns past the collateral posted. Only trade capital whose total loss you would survive.
4. Costs. Fees, spreads and funding rates sit in the fee schedule and form part of this agreement. Pricing may shift after fair notice.
5. Prohibited conduct. Market manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and unlawful purposes are prohibited. Laundering plus sanctions breaches are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability. To the maximum extent of law, jetrixtrade excludes indirect, special and consequential damages arising from the Services.
7. Changes. These Terms might be updated over time. Continued use once changes apply means agreement. Controlling law comes from the registered jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
